Troubleshooting

If your webcam or microphone is not working:

Please try the following:

  1. Refreshing the page [F5]

  1. Giving browser permissions for webcam and audio

  1. Closing the browser and rejoining using a Chrome browser [close all windows]

  2. Changing your selected webcam or audio device [see below]

  3. Using a PC or Mac. We are designed for PC Mac and iPhones (Using the browser). The camera also works on most Samsung and android devices.


Selecting the Webcam and Audio device:

When entering the classroom, you will be invited to turn your webcam on.

You can select your webcam device from the dropdown menu:

You can also select your audio device before entering:
