Please try the following:
Refreshing the page [F5]
Giving browser permissions for webcam and audio
Closing the browser and rejoining using a Chrome browser [close all windows]
Changing your selected webcam or audio device [see below]
Using a PC or Mac. We are designed for PC Mac and iPhones (Using the browser). The camera also works on most Samsung and android devices.
When entering the classroom, you will be invited to turn your webcam on.
You can select your webcam device from the dropdown menu:
You can also select your audio device before entering:
